Although utilization rate of China’s edible oil crushing capacity is less than 50%, the pace of building and expansion of edible oil processing industry continues in 2009. COFCO, JGG, Hong Zui and Sinograin have invested Tianjin, Zhuhai and Dong Guan successively. The market competition is more competitive.

China’s oil industry grew at an average annual rate of 5%-6%, while small-package oil grew at a growth rate of 20%-30%. Small-package oil will gradually expands its market share and finally become the protagonist of edible oil market replacing bulk oil.
